Every Juke piece is produced after you order it. That adds a production step before anything ships, so plan for two stages: production, then transit.
- Production: 2–5 business days
- Transit (US): 3–7 business days after production
- Transit (international): 7–21 business days after production, depending on destination and customs
Orders placed on weekends or holidays enter production the next business day.
Tracking
You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once the package leaves the facility. If tracking hasn't updated within 48 hours of that email, give it one more business day — scans sometimes lag — then reach out.
Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. You'll see the exact cost before you pay.
Wrong address
Double-check your address before submitting. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we can reship it once the return arrives — return shipping and reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes collected by your country. Those charges are set by your government, not by us, and aren't included in your order total.
